Founded in 2010, Global Market Solutions provides expertise in implementation and integration projects around financial software.

Our areas of expertise :

Our Core business consists of delivering packaged business and technical analysis, solution designs, development and project management on and with the market leading software in all areas of Capital Markets (Misys FusionCapital Summit, ActivePivot, Orchestrade & Murex).

Global Market Solutions are able to provide individual consultants to complement your existing staffing levels but we are also able to resource a full team complete with a Project manager to rollout a Solution or implementation from start to finish.

Global Market Solutions also provide the following three software suites:

  • IRIS, a complete solution covering all the Counterparty Credit Risk project streams and address many of the weaknesses in other existing CVA software solutions.
  • QualityFactory, a suite of testing tools that is Summit Native and built to automate performance testing, user experience scenarios, and reporting comparisons.
  • GMS LiquidityManagement, a module based on Quartet FS Active Pivot covering regulatory liquidity requirements

Team Management

Dominique Vignaux, CEO

Dominique Vignaux

Dominique started his career at Summit Systems in 1997 (currently Misys). After successful experiences as a Summit Consultant and Product Manager, he founded the Professional Services Company for Continental Europe in 2004. The business unit saw strong growth both in size and revenue under Dominique’s leadership.

Speaking English, German and French, Dominique Vignaux is PMP member and has acquired a deep knowledge of integration, Software implementation project and team management. In September 2010, he started as CEO of Global Market Solutions delivering projects and solutions in the financial software industry on a global scale.

Patrice Touraine, Associate Director

Patrice

Patrice started his career at BNP Paribas Frankfurt in 2000 as a developer. After several experiences in Consulting Companies and exposures to different financial software vendors, he joined Misys Professional Services in 2005 where he was acting as Team Leader/Project Manager with financial expertise in all aspects of overall pricing models, Treasury business and interest rate derivatives. He also worked closely with various third party partners, and was responsible for the recruitment of contractors in an international context. He is a co-founder of Global Market Solutions and today he is an Associate Director with the company. PMP Certified since 2011.

 

Youssef Allaoui, Technical Director

 Youssef AllaouiYoussef started his career at the Misys Paris office in 2004 as a technical consultant before joining the Misys Professional Services architecture division in London.

He has expertise supporting major financial institutions through challenging projects.
Youssef has graduated from ENSIIE and received a MSc by Research in Pattern Analysis and Neural Networks from Aston University.

 

Pierre Lagarrigue, Back Office & Operations Manager

Pierre is a Back Office expert. Prior to joining Global Market Solutions, he was a Professional Services consultant at Misys, for which he successfully completed several Summit projects in Europe as well as short training assignments across Europe and in the Middle East. Previously, he worked for Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking acting as Market Organizer Engineer where he participated in various projects (STP, DTCC implementation, restructuring project of Interest Rate and Credit derivatives systems). He is a graduate of the University of Lyon and holds a master’s degree in finance with a Back and Middle office specialisation.

 

Laurent Marcoux, Front Office Manager

Laurent MarcouxLaurent started working on Treasury and Capital Market field when he joined Summit (currently Misys) in 1999.  He has successively occupied positions as technical, FO functional as well as Quantitative consultant.
Through these various experiences, he acquired expertise on financial software architectures as well as a deep understanding of quantitative matters. Laurent is a graduate of the ENSIMAG (90) and holder of the “aggregation” in Mathematics (91).

 

 

Matthieu Maurice, Managing Director Global Market Solutions GmbH

Matthieu Maurice

Matthieu joined in April 2013 as an associate director and leads the new German unit Global Market Solutions GmbH.

He built the CVA Management desk of the Mittelstandsbank at Commerzbank AG in August 2010 with the focus of pricing, monitoring and hedging the counterparty risk inherent to OTC Derivatives. A previous activity of his team was the development of cutting-edge portfolio solutions to mitigate the counterparty risk of illiquid names, particularly under the new regulatory framework. From 2002 to 2010, he had various positions at Dresdner Kleinwort in Frankfurt within the Credit Asset Management unit and the CVA Trading as a quantitative analyst and then as a CVA trader. He has previously also worked at BNP Paribas. Matthieu Maurice studied Financial Mathematics at the Ecole des Mines.

Andreas Reif, Associate Director Global Market Solutions GmbH

andreas_1Andreas joined in March 2015 as an Associate Director within the German entity, stronging the functional consulting in regulatory space. Prior to joining GMS, he was responsible for the design and implementation, on the business side, of a new IT infrastructure covering liquidity risk and liquidity cost calculation requirements in Commerzbank. Prior to that he was in charge of Dresdner Kleinwort’s Counterparty Risk platform including CVA as well as RWA exposure calculation kernels. In this role he also contributed to the integration of the systems involved into Commerzbank. Andreas studied mathematics and philosophy at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, Germany.
